Our EV charge point installation process is streamlined and efficient, designed to make the entire experience seamless for you, from the initial assessment to the final installation, ensuring a hassle-free transition to convenient electric vehicle charging at your home.
Every installation starts with understanding exactly what you need.
Whether you already know exactly which charger you want or you’re still weighing up your options, we’ll take the time to understand what matters most — budget, aesthetics, smart features, cable length, solar compatibility, or future-proofing.
We’ll also consider future plans — whether that’s a second EV, solar panels, battery storage or simply future-proofing your home.
Our focus is simple: making sure you get the right charger, installed in the right way, for the way you actually live.

Most installations can be assessed remotely, making the process quick and efficient.
We’ll ask you to send photos of your consumer unit, meter position, proposed charger location and cable route. From this, we assess available capacity, earthing arrangements, surge protection requirements and compliance with current regulations.
If the installation is more complex — for example long cable runs, detached buildings, commercial properties or potential supply upgrades — we’ll arrange a site visit to ensure everything is properly scoped before any work begins.
We believe in planning thoroughly so there are no surprises later.
Once we’ve completed our assessment, we provide a clear, itemised quotation.
This includes the charge point, standard installation, testing and certification, and any required DNO or building control notifications. If additional works are required, these are explained clearly and detailed separately so you can make an informed decision.
Our pricing is transparent, we don’t believe in vague pricing or hidden extras.

In some cases, additional works are needed before installation can take place safely and compliantly.
• Consumer unit upgrades
• Additional ways / RCBO installation
• Supply unlooping
• DNO approval
• Groundworks or containment
If enabling works are required, we will explain exactly why, outline the options available and agree the next steps with you before proceeding.
Safety and compliance are never compromised.
On your installation day, our qualified engineers carry out the work professionally and neatly, ensuring the charger is installed in line with the latest regulations.
We test the system thoroughly, commission the unit, connect it to the app and guide you through how everything works.
We don’t leave until you’re confident using your new charger.

Our relationship doesn’t end once your charger is installed.
If you have questions about your app settings, charging schedules, tariff optimisation, load balancing or adding additional vehicles or renewable technology, we’re here to help.
We keep detailed records of every installation, so if you contact us in the future, we can quickly understand your setup and provide informed support. If a warranty issue arises, we liaise directly with the manufacturer and coordinate any required visits to keep the process simple for you.
EV charging should feel straightforward. We make sure it stays that way.
