All chargers come with a minimum 3-year manufacturer warranty, with some brands (like Andersen and Simpsons & Partners) offering up to 7 years. We’ll also provide ongoing aftercare and technical support.
Our engineer will arrive on time, talk you through the plan, complete the installation neatly, test everything, and show you how to use your charger and app. You’ll also receive certification and warranty documents after completion.
We generally don’t ask for pre-payment. You will receive your invoice following your installation with the details for a bank transfer payment options. The only exception to this is for bespoke chargers (like Andersen or Simpson & Partners units) where pre-payment maybe required before ordering. We’ll confirm all details in your quotation.
